Please note: Each extra item is per headshot order.  If you have two pictures that need Sloppy Borders, then that would be $10.00 x 2 = $20.00.  Orders that have additional amount of typesetting will be charged later.  **Please refer back to our Price List for the correct amounts and prices.

All orders are sent via UPS ground service.  Orders are processed by weight and zip code. Please call and we will calculate the shipping charges.

Shipping times vary according to destination.

3-day, 2-day, and Next-Day delivery are also available.

All orders must be paid for in full with a check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.  A $25.00 service fee will be added to all orders whose checks are returned.

Include all color originals/files that will be needed along with any logos, typesetting, and a layout sketch of your order on a separate sheet.

All orders require approximately 3-6 business days for completion. (NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING TIME.)

You will receive a proof in the mail.  $10 proof charge if order is cancelled.

Make sure that all originals are protected.  We cannot be responsible for damage that occurs due to mishandling.

A NOTE ABOUT DIGITAL PRINTING: 

This is not a photo process! Your reproductions will not look exactly like your originals, there will be differences. It is always best to view a proof prior to running the quantities to insure your satisfaction and identify errors. If a proof is waived, there are NO refunds or reruns of your order. Images that are scanned do experience a higher degree of differences. Images that are shot digitally reproduce the best.
